Shipping & Delivery Information
All of our shipping to the EU is tracked and inclusive of duties and tax. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €60 to EU countries.
Please note, that Express shipping options are intermittently available where we can offer this service however might not always be offered at the time of your purchase. If an Express option is available when you are placing your order, this will appear as a shipping option for you at checkout.

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your REFY product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!

When you make an order on refybeauty.com, we will send you a confirmation email.
Our team will then process the order within 48 hours, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time.
