Shipping & Delivery Information
All EU orders are shipped from within the EU, meaning no import fees or additional charges on delivery. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM CET. This excludes weekend days and public holidays in Belgium.
We offer free shipping on orders over €50 to selected EU countries.
Please note, express shipping options are subject to business discretion and might not always be offered at the time of your purchase. If an Express option is available when you are placing your order, this will appear as a shipping option for you at checkout.

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can then follow the tracking link to keep an eye on your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s website.
If you have an issue with your tracking information, please email us at support@refybeauty.com and we will be happy to help.
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Our team will then process your order within 1-2 working days, depending on the delivery method selected at checkout. Once processed, your order is then dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to our nominated carriers. You will be kept updated via email every step of the way.
